Jennifer B. Humberson, MD
Dr. Jennifer Humberson is a board certified Medical Geneticist with special interest in infants and children with features of genetic conditions. She sees patients with a variety of medical problems including cleft lip/palate, facial asymmetry, and craniosynostosis. As an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Pediatric Geneticist at University of Virginia, she is engaged in medical student and resident education and the diagnosis and management of complicated patients requiring multidisciplinary care. After completing Pediatric Residency at the University of California, San Francisco-Fresno, she trained in clinical genetics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned her medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. She has worked as a medical geneticist at the East Carolina University Medical Center, University of Virginia Hospital, and Bon Secours.
